Unit tests are run by ReSharper using the Unit Test Sessions window. ReSharper's Unit Test Sessions window allows you to run any number of unit test sessions in parallel, independently of each other. But only one session can be run at a time when running in the debugging mode.

You can filter the tests using the unit test tree, which gives you a structure of your tests. It shows which tests failed, passed, or have not been run. Also, by double-clicking on a test, you can directly navigate to the source:
