Does she seem like someone who could burn out? Not likely, based on this episode.

Now if it was someone who got all riled up, teary-eyed and frustrated, chances are he or she would be the type to get stressed with recurring challenging situations. All this would likely impact their moods, interactions and overall well-being and performance. They would carry this stress home, which would impact their family interactions, which in turn would stress them and impact their work further. This would create a vicious cycle, coming out of which would require significant effort and intervention.

Our response to situations is governed by our personalities or how we perceive the situation. Some of us just can’t handle the minutest of stressors and some can face a tsunami of those. Some are simply positive in their outlook, and some are flooded with pessimism, which can completely drain their resources and impair performance.

But the good news is that with conscious effort, we can change how we respond to situations.
