After entering some utterances, click on the Train option, which is located in the bottom-left corner of the page. If you don't train your LUIS, you will not get proper results; so, ensure that you train every time you submit new utterances. Also, you have to add the minimum number of utterances to your app, only then can LUIS give accurate results:
