Epilogue

Cindy never did forget what happened, but it wasn’t for the reasons she was expecting. Her lack of care and reason cost her, and she discovered she was pregnant months later, and to her shame there were so many possible fathers she couldn’t tell her family who seduced her.

When Steven first heard about it he smirked, but then he discovered Coach Anders had stepped forward and claimed the baby as his. He confronted the man about it, wondering why he would risk do so when the child probably wasn’t his, but the older man shrugged, saying he didn’t care about that, and that by doing so he would get Cindy as a wife.

The rage and jealousy Steven felt at that was immense, but there was nothing he could do about the whole ordeal, and Cindy married the almost thirty years older coach.

The gratefulness the cheerleader felt for the older man for saving her allowed her to come to care for him, and the nights she spent in his bed made her start to love him for real. In the end she lived happy at his side, and bore him several children, and Steven would forever regret not having a chance to have her completely for himself.
