Artificial neural networks(ANNs) replicate the biological neurons conceptually which learns based on the “deep stack of layers”, each layer has a specific number of neurons that increase with deeper layers, each neuron takes inputs from previous neurons and only passes information when the “result” of a mathematical function (activation) exceeds a certain threshold. Thus, a result would be achieved if it surpasses a certain threshold and then it is passed on to the next layer.
