To do that the best resource to find the links to different libraries is to visit http://arduino.cc and select Reference under Learning. The link to libraries page can be found at the end of the text.

Check for the Tone library under Audio and Waveforms. Browse the links to get the feel for what is available.

Hopefully you found the link to the library (http://tinyurl.com/ofpxqry in time of writing). Let’s download library (under Download and Installation).

Starting with version 1.0.5 you can import library inside the IDE. Just go to Sketch | Import Library menu and select Add Library. The library is imported to the sketchbook directory. You can check where that is in the Preferences menu.
