Part of the previous analysis we can establish that the determining factor in the calculation of the degree of belonging is the distance . This is evidenced in the Eq. (5) and it results in the high influence of the distance between the elements.

3 Our Proposal (Rp Fuzzy C-Means)

3.1 Repulsion Factor Integration

As result of previous study of fuzzy clustering algorithms arise the need to study the possibility of integrating a factor that balancing the membership function. This new factor is conceived as a repulsion factor of the samples furthest away from its centroid. The idea is discriminating the influence of elements much further away of a centroid due those must have a lower ability to change groups compared to the closest elements. This idea is schematized in the Fig. 2. For the calculation of this new factor we propose the Eq. (6).
