During the first few days of working with a couple of team members, I was able to collect some insight into the current state of challenges. The following examples seemed to be directly impacting customer quality: While claiming to be Agile, many disciplines were not internalized. Team collaboration was not common; division of responsibilities even among the same scrum team negatively impacted the progress.

There was no focus on Severity 3 and 4 issues, even in newly developed features.
