Tutors and Tattoos

Just as a tutor leaves an imprint of knowledge, a tattoo leaves an imprint on the soul—both are marks we carry throughout our journey.

After the doctor's visit, Amber feels rejuvenated. The anxiety and destructive thoughts that once consumed her have now dissipated, replaced with a calm, potent sexual desire. This newfound sense of empowerment aid’s Amber to adapt, freeing her from fear and allowing her to savor life.

The second day at school is the start of Amber’s tutelage. Jade’s delayed, and results in the limo leaving late from the manor. On arrival, she struggles to find the right building, leaving her late for her second day of school.

As always, Amber wears the traditional Sintarra school uniform.

Professor Johnson, a tall, attractive man, sports a black beard and hair peppered with the gray typically found in men of middle age. However, in the North, few gain gray hair, leading this feature to be unique among his peers. He wears the assigned teacher uniform well, a pristine black wool suit. As a professor, he’s one of the most acclaimed tutors available, and his unique approach keeps him as one of Michael’s favorites.

“Amber, my name is Professor Johnson. I’m here to help you catch up with your classes and cover the topics you need. I’m one of the top professors here at our university, and I’ll teach you the lessons on constructive servitude and culture. During this tutorship, we’ll integrate you into our culture, and teach you how to improve your success within our community. Your lessons will cover the differences between the caste system of the West and the North’s more flexible system based on personal freedom.”

“I encourage you to be vigilant and dedicated to the tasks at hand. My homework load may seem minimal, but be forewarned: the transition may challenge you more than you expect. If you find yourself grappling with queries, do not hesitate to raise your hand. The knowledge you gain here will serve as a foundation for your life and enhance your prospects here in the North.

“Now, shall we commence our session with questions?”

“Could you clarify 'Constructive Servitude'?” queries Amber.

“An excellent question, Amber. That's the crux of what we're here to understand. In essence, constructive servitude refers to our community's strategy of channeling our submissive and dominant instincts towards personal growth and societal betterment.

“Our dominants play an indispensable role in this process. They devote substantial effort to train their slaves in ways that align with individual and group goals, while also fostering growth and development.

“In return for this dedication, the subordinates fulfill their assigned tasks, endeavoring to satisfy their guides and mentors who provide them with love and direction. Consequently, constructive servitude forms a cycle of mutual aid that augments our lives and offers avenues to fulfill our service needs.”

Amber interjects, “Does this mean…”

Irritated by Amber's interruption, the teacher raises his voice to reestablish order. “Amber!”

Amber giggling only further infuriates the teacher, who now has a bit of a brat on his hands. His obvious anger ensures she knows she’s in trouble, as she quickly quiets.
