Yes, the Anglo-Saxons have always been somewhat wiser, faster and earlier than the 'rest of the world'... therefore PAS = Psycho-Active-Substances are most likely to have their breakthrough in medicine in good old Great Britain or in the USA, as well - apart from Central America here, where this kind of work is at least possible with Ibogaine - although in limited ways.
