The Harvard report is bullish in its recommendations for implementation of AI systems. It suggests:

The use of exploration in the early stages to help better understand how managers should work with AI

Development of new performance indicators to drive adoption

Building new training and recruitment strategies.

Immediately it appears that there are at least three other professions or functions that start to be drawn into the equation:

The analyst or creator of performance indicators and their systems, who will need to think about what might be the most appropriate indicators for usage.

The trainer or enablement team, who will need to understand how the individual will interact with the system and devise training schemes accordingly. This might be especially difficult in the early stages, as the trainers themselves will have either limited or no experience to rely on.

The recruiters (normally in the human resources department but possibly at intermediaries, such as recruitment agencies), who similarly will have no experience, and who may perhaps be looking for prospective candidates or recruits who equally may have limited or no experience.
