Dawn poured into the study, a promise of warm rays to come. Noah spooned peacefully beside her naked body on the divan, his hand draped over her breast. He absentmindedly caressed her nipple in his sleep.

Archer sat on another sofa with his sketch book and a pencil in hand. She loved the way he would look up at her every so often, scorch her with a smoldering look then go back to his sketch pad. She wondered what he was creating.

After last night, they stayed where they were. Noah and Archer took turns sleeping beside her, but Logan stayed the whole night at his desk, working.

“What’s it like, in the city?” she asked quietly.

“You’ve never been?” Archer asked.

“Never,” she replied, embarrassed and feeling like an idiot for asking such a dumb thing.

“Then we need to rectify this immediately,” Noah said, wide awake now. “Logan? Isn’t today Megan’s picnic?”

“Megan?” she asked.

“Yeah. She’s the little girl whose life Logan is going to save. Want to go?”

“No,” Logan said from his desk.

She almost laughed because no one acknowledged Logan or his refusal.

“After the picnic with Logan, I’ll pick you up and take you someplace… nice,” Noah said kissing her neck.

“No,” Logan said again, not even looking up from his desk. Again, he was ignored.

“Are you serious?” she asked, sitting up immediately, with her legs folded under her, her nipples a dusky pink after Archer and Noah had suckled on her during the night. Logan had not partaken in any such things with her, after he imploded in her mouth and she had swallowed every drop. It wasn’t going to deter her one bit though.

“Yes, I’m serious,” Noah said, playfully tugging her nipple until she fell onto top of him. He held her that way until he drifted off into a second nap. She slowly removed Noah’s hand, then kissed his forehead as he moaned at her, but eventually he let her go. Naked, she padded her way to Archer. He wrapped his arms around her and laid his head on her belly. He then brought her to sit between his legs while he showed her the sketches he’d been doing. All were of her.

She never thought she could ever be beautiful but under Archer’s hand, she was utterly so. She gasped at his skill and the glow they turned on inside her burned brighter than ever. He kissed her and told her beauty was the easiest thing to capture, hers more than anyone else’s.

She cuddled with him until he too fell asleep. Quietly extracting herself, she contemplated whether or not to wear something before she went to Logan. Nerves exploded inside her. Even with her newfound confidence and her comfort with Noah’s and Archer’s size, Logan still intimidated her on a huge scale. Picking up Archer’s t-shirt, she slipped it over her head, inhaling his scent as the hem glided down to her thighs.

On the tips of her toes, she padded her way to Logan’s desk, more nervous than she would have been if she’d been walking to the guillotine.
