Enriching your company and your employees’ credentials at the same time inspires confidence in both parties. Employees feel valued by your investment in them and they get skills they can use for a lifetime. You can set goals for incremental pay raises earned by their participation in a certain number of classes.

Plant identification, proper handling and cleaning of tools (like chainsaws, chippers, and snowblowers), xeriscaping, native plant selection, and irrigation installation are examples of training advancement.
