Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350ºF. Coat an 8 à 8-inch baking pan with cooking spray or brush with butter. Line the pan with a strip of parchment paper that hangs over two of the sides.
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar and whisk until smooth. The mixture will start looking separated, but it will smooth out, about 30 seconds.
Add the egg, almond extract, vanilla, and salt and whisk until smooth and glossy.
Whisk in the baking powder and baking soda until combined and smooth. Fold in the all-purpose flour and the almond flour with a spatula. When a few streaks of flour remain, add the cranberries and all but about 2 tablespoons of the white chocolate chips and stir until just combined.
