Follow these steps to configure Keystone to use Microsoft Active Directory in the Read Only mode:

Use openstack-config command to edit in Keystone configuration file, edit Identity section to use LDAP backend:[root@controller ~]# openstack-config --set /etc/keystone/keystone.conf identity driver keystone.identity.backends.ldap.Identity

Now edit assignment section to use the MariaDB backend:[root@controller ~]# openstack-config --set /etc/keystone/keystone.conf assignment driver keystone.assignment.backends.sql.Assignment
