“I really hope, for your sake, that Berto is still alive. If anything happened to him, you’re dead.”

I was terrified. I couldn’t even say anything to pretend otherwise because I had been gagged. With some kind of fabric in my mouth, and then it was covered in duct tape. I had to make sure I didn’t breathe in too deeply or I would end up choking on it.

“Tito, there someone on the phone for you.”

“Is it that asshole with my proof?”

“Not exactly.”

“Looks like you might not be so lucky today princess.”

He got up and left the room to take the call. I was left alone, and from what I could see there was no way out. The windows had bars on them, and there was only one door.

Even if I were to try an escape, I’d have to start by getting free. I didn’t know what the hell they had used to tie my hands up, but it fucking hurt. What ever it was, dug into my wrist’s so bad it was cutting off my circulation. My fingertips were even starting to go numb.

A couple minutes passed before Tito came back into the room, he looked pissed which meant it probably wasn’t good for me.

“Fuck!” He yelled then picked up the chair he had been sitting on and threw it against the wall.

The chair broke and pieces flew everywhere and I couldn’t keep my self from flinching. He was definitely more pissed off now than he was before.

“Now, I actually want to kill you, but for some reason you must have horseshoes up your fucking ass or something”

He came up to me and grabbed me by the face and his fingers dug into my skin, it was painful. He was so close I could smell the cigarettes and liquor on his breath and it made me sick.

“I should fucking kill you anyway and gut you open and let them find you in pieces.”

Tears stung my eyes but not nearly as much as much as much as the pain that exploded in my head when he back handed me across the face and knocked me to the floor. I lay there with my hands bound, the cold concrete on my skin sending chills through my body. I was going to die.

He walked out of the room and left me on the floor. The pain continued in my face as the side of my face stung from the blow. I could hear my mothers voice in the back of my mind nagging at me, telling me that If I had just listened to her none of this would have happened. She was going to blame Haze for this, I already knew it.

God how I wished he was here. I closed my eyes as the tears came again. I felt pathetic, and helpless. What the hell did he even see in me. I clearly couldn’t even take care of myself when he wasn’t around. This was all my fault.
