Chapter 16
Cassidy~
Was I a fool to be doing this?
Absolutely.
Only an idiot would believe anything that Maddox Reed said regarding love and relationships. The guyâs reputation spoke for itself. Heâs never had a girlfriend, and this unconventional thing between us had started out as petty revenge on his part and nothing more. Heâd made that perfectly clear in the beginning, so it wasnât like I hadnât known what I was getting into.
So, why did I want to believe him?
Why did I want this to be more?
For Christâs sake, itâs only been three days of âdatingâ, and I was already caving like I had no concept of pride or willpower. As Maddoxâs teeth pulled at the tender flesh of my neck, marking me again, I realized that I really was no better than all the other girls at Windsor. Against all my better judgement, I was doing this with Maddox because he felt just so damn good.
So. Damn. Good.
âMaddox-â
âShh, baby,â he whispered against my neck. âLet me make you feel good.â All I could do was moan as I felt his hand on my bare flesh, sliding up the inside of my thigh.
Lying next to me, instead of on top of me, Maddox had access to every inch of my body, and I knew that Maddox wasnât going to let me hide from this. The lamp was going to stay on, and we were going to do this over the covers. Thereâd be no modesty in this room tonight, and I wasnât sure how I felt about that. While David had always praised my body, he hadnât exactly had better. Normal people dated normal people, so imperfections were expected. Maddox Reed was anything but normal, and Iâve seen the girls that heâs slept with. Maddox has had perfect, and heâs had it enough times that he didnât need to settle for less.
My hands fisted in the sheets near my thighs as I felt that first finger slide beneath the fabric of my panties. I was sure that the plan was to drive me out of my mind when Maddox ran it slowly through my wet folds like he had all the time in the world. This wasnât an eager teenage boy just looking to get laid. Maddox was a seducer; a calculating, determined, experienced seducer.
âYouâre so wet for me,â he murmured against my neck, and he wasnât lying. âI bet youâre going to be dripping down my cock once I get inside you.â
When his finger finally bumped my clit, my hips jumped, and my hands tightened in the sheets more. âMaddoxâ¦â
âBeg for my fingers,â he demanded. âBeg for them, and Iâll make sure to use them to stretch you out nice and wide for my dick.â
My entire body clenched. Iâve never had foreplay like this. Iâve never had a guy talk dirty to me while making my body dance to the tune of his skills. Iâve also never given into a guy this quickly, so I honestly had no idea what I was doing here.
