Delphine thought I didn’t know the secret she’d been hiding, and I’d been content to supposedly remain in the dark about it. But when I’d heard Ridley running her mouth to the Prospects about my woman’s accomplishment, when she hadn’t even shared it with me yet, then I knew it was time to remind my woman of her place. We were a team, and that meant she should share important things. Like when she’d secretly enrolled in college and was taking online classes. Apparently, Del had aced her first semester, and hadn’t said a damn word about what she was doing. I didn’t know how she’d kept it a secret those first weeks either, but I’d caught her more than once working on her classwork. I hadn’t said anything, giving her time to tell me she’d decided to go to school, but so far she hadn’t said a damn word.

I made sure everything was ready in the bedroom for her little lesson, the restraints in place, along with the toys I would use to drive her crazy. All I needed now was my delectable wife. I’d convinced Darian and Bull to watch our son, Hwan. We had the house to ourselves for the night, and I was going to make the most of it. I dimmed the lights and placed my phone in the docking station. My classic rock playlist started, at a low enough volume to create background noise but not overwhelm us.

“Mason!”

The front door shut and I folded my arms over my chest, bracing my feet apart in my don’t-fuck-with-me stance. “In the bedroom, Del.”

I could hear her rustling around in the other room, and when she made an appearance in the bedroom doorway, she froze, her eyes going wide and her jaw dropping a little. It wasn’t that we didn’t have sex pretty regular, even with a kid in the house, but it had been a while since I’d set up something special. I knew I needed to work harder at surprising her, keeping this new between us. The look on her face right now was one I wanted to see often. Three and a half years together, and I still got hard just looking at her. I was the luckiest bastard in the world to have a woman like her by my side.

“What’s all this?” she asked.

“It seems my wife has been very, very naughty and keeping secrets. What happens when you lie to me, Del? Even if it’s just by omission?” I asked.

“I get punished,” she said, her cheeks pinking and excitement flaring in her pretty eyes. I’d learned quickly that my sweet Del liked it when I spanked her ass or tied her up.
