Sure enough, once we’re back in the penthouse, the elevator door closes and Ryder and Jaxon both face me, their arms folded across their broad chests.

“I know, I fucked up,” I blurt.

Jaxon’s voice is pensive, but low and growly, and it seems to travel straight to my pussy. “How do you think you fucked up?”

I realize I’m wringing my hands together, so I form fists and move them to my sides. “I don’t regret talking to Genevieve. I don’t regret accepting the envelope from her.”

Ryder nods. “Go on.”

“But I should’ve told Cora and Roman what was happening. There was a point that I could’ve done that, and I didn’t. I didn’t want to lose the chance to talk to Genevieve, but that was an excuse, not a real reason.” Taking a deep breath, I say, “I’m sorry, Daddies.”

Jaxon’s brown eyes soften and he takes a step forward, pulling me into his arms. “You’re forgiven, Babydoll.”

I exhale, then pull in a deep breath of his citrus and leather scent. He feels so safe, secure around me. Wordlessly, I reach for Ryder. He comes over and hugs me as well. His scent reminds me of the forest and of his cabin.

“Do you forgive me, too, Daddy?” I ask, looking at Ryder.

“Of course, princess,” he says.

“Does this mean I don’t have to get a spanking?” I ask hopefully.

Ryder just smiles and shakes his head. “Sorry, baby girl, but you are definitely getting a spanking after the shit you pulled today.”

I take my spanking like a good girl. I know I deserve it—both the stinging pain and then the hot lust that follows in its wake.
