I was in overload.

The furious flicker of the toy and his fierce grip were at odds with each other, though all arguments were settled at the first application of the tattoo gun. Sharp pain blossomed, but confusingly, so did pleasure. It was as if pain receptors and endorphins were waging war inside my body and I didn’t know who’d win.

“Take a deep breath and slow it down.” Bjorn’s voice cut through the insane spiral that had me in its grip, creating a small space of calm I could cling to. “You hyperventilate and you’ll pass out on my table and you don’t want that.”

“Too… much…” I ground out.

“No, it’s not. Not for you, Maddie, because you’re so fucking perfect for me. You’re feeling real good, even when it hurts, aren’t you?”

It was as if by pointing this out, he settled the argument and pleasure rushed in to take surrendered ground, making my breath come much slower, but still in gusty gulps. Gods save me, I felt like I was about to come. As if sensing that, Bjorn nudged the toy, making it bear down rhythmically on my clit right as he went back to work. The pain became just a counterpoint, a reminder of how intense the pleasure was. I wanted it, wanted more, my hips needing to buck in time with the waves, even as he held me still.

His voice was trailing away or my comprehension of it was. I absently nodded along, feeling the wave cresting. I didn’t feel pleasure. The word was too small. So were ecstasy, bliss. It was as if every good thing in my life was happening all at the same time, filling me with this golden light, right before—

“Not yet.”

That same light swirled within his eyes as his gaze locked with mine. Someone whimpered. Was that me? “Soon, baby. When I’m done, you’re gonna come for me. That was the fantasy. I’d watch you fall apart in my dreams, but it’s nothing on the reality. Just hold it for me. You can do that. Hold on, because I’m almost done.”

Did he take five seconds or five years? I didn’t know. I was just hovering there, made of air and light and bright golden sparkles, but he anchored me to the earth with a thin rope of pain. My head felt like it was floating, getting further and further away, the closest feeling I could link it to was when I had to have a general anaesthetic. Nothing mattered, nothing other than him.

“Fuck, Maddie…”

The gun was dropped into the cart and it was shoved aside as Bjorn surged above me. His dick was freed again, slapping down on my stomach as he covered my body with his.

“I’m so fucking close.” Kisses, more kisses, that stung just like the tattoo on my inner thigh.
