Probably vRO is used for third-party integration to a fair extent. But also to create new services and make them orderable through vRealize Automation, vRO can be used quite easily and straightforwardly. Not always do these workflows have to be created by the end user; some of them are included in the available vRO plugins. To create an add a user to AD" service, all necessary workflows and actions are already installed in vRO given the AD plugin is activated. This can be an easy and straightforward way to implement additional and helpful services into vRA.
