Chapter 3. Conflict Mediation Specialist

Barbara was satisfied for the moment with the subjugation of Michelle, but still couldn't get the blonde off her mind. It would be two weeks before she would see her.

The only thing of note that transpired over that time period other then Barbara's daily lickings from Michelle was that the pretty petite blonde cafe girl complained that she had accidently overcharged Michelle and that Michelle had been sexually harassing her about it ever since.

Barbara was starting to think sweet round assed Michelle might have some management potential. She took Penny the cafe girl and Michelle into the office to sort it out.

"All right ladies, I won't stand for any nonsense, tell me exactly what is going on," Barbara demanded.

"I can barely even say it, it's so gross. She keeps saying I have to spread my legs for her and let her taste me just because I accidently didn't give her her 50% off her croissant, which she bought when she wasn't even on lunch," Penny said in a very exasperated tone.

"Well I have something more important to eat on my lunch break," Michelle said.

"She, in fact, does," Barbara said, "Special project."

"Uh, I'm not even that way, that's like totally gross," Penny insisted.

Barbara looked over at the size zero strawberry blonde cafe girl in disbelief. No ass on her, what a waste. I should start making her eat a double cheeseburger every day.

"So is it true, Penny, did you over charge Michelle?" Barbara asked in a bored tone.

"Well yeah...but it was an accident," Penny blubbered.

"That's not acceptable in this bookstore, Penny. Michelle doesn't work hard for me to pay five dollars for a fucking stale croissant sandwich. That's like punching her in the face. Do you know what being punched in the face is like you entitled little daddy's girl?" Barbara asked. To emphasize her point Barbara punched the slight girl very hard in the face.

Penny was stunned, the blow was so hard and had came out of nowhere that it rocked her. Her eyes went watery and blurry and her body swayed. Barbara pushed her down on top of the desk and put her hands on the tearful girl's shoulders, holding her down. Michelle jumped into action and pulled up Penny's skirt and tore off her panties before she even knew what was happening. She felt her sore nose bleeding hot and wet and then she felt Michelle's long velvet tongue slide deep inside her and she couldn't help but let out a loud moan.

She didn't want to like it. But the pain and pleasure seduced her. Her body had never felt such extreme sensations at once and they spoke to her on a primal level. She was made to demean herself all day serving awful food and worse coffee to the rudest most annoying customers, and now she made one mistake and the boss punched her in the face and let a co-worker have her way with her but it felt so goddamn fucking good she lost herself in the ecstasy of being ravished and completely letting herself go.
