Justine had been working steadily throughout the day, answering e-mails and sending out quotes. She enjoyed her job and hoped she could spend the next few years working for the Jackson brothers.

She looked up when Matt and Luke came strolling down the hall from where they had been working in the monitoring room and she greeted each man. They replied then hurried into the office and closed the door behind them. Both men had been polite, but Justine had seen the anger on their faces and wondered what was going on. She gave a shrug of her shoulders and concentrated on costing the next quote. When she looked up again, she realized it was past the time she should have started her lunch break, so she saved the files she was working on and hibernated her computer screen.

Matt and Luke came out of the office with Derrick and Garth behind them. The Plant brothers nodded in her direction and then headed back to the control room. Garth and Derrick stopped beside her and looked at her expectantly.

Derrick’s eyes jumped down to the purse in Justine’s hand. “You going to lunch?”

“Yes, just about to head out.”

Derrick smiled approvingly. “Perfect. We’re heading out for something to eat, too. Why don’t we all go together? It’s safer that way.”

“Okay.”

“Good.” Derrick took her hand and began to lead her toward the door. Garth rushed around them and held the door open for her. That courteous little action caused her to fall a little more for the two men who seemed to want to help her in any way they could. Tears pricked the back of her eyes and she had to blink a few times to dispel the moisture. She should have known that the Jackson brothers would see her emotion. They noticed nearly every little thing she did and the more they looked out for and took care of her, the faster she was falling under their spell.

Derrick tugged on her hand and pulled her closer to the buildings, out of the pedestrians’ way. Garth moved in behind her until his front rested against her back and she could feel the heat emanating from his body. Still gripping her hand, Derrick used his free hand and nudged her chin with a knuckle until she met his brown-eyed gaze. “What’s wrong, honey?”

“Nothing,” Justine replied and frowned, hoping he would take the facial expression as confusion. She should have known better.

“Don’t lie to me, Justine. When your Dom asks you a question, we expect to be answered honestly.”

“You’re not my Dom,” Justine said in a low voice so that the people walking past wouldn’t hear her.

“You’re right. We aren’t your Doms,” Garth said against her ear. His warm, moist breath caressed her sensitive flesh causing her to shiver. “But we hope to change that situation very soon.”

“We’ll have that discussion after work.” Derrick glared at Garth but his expression eased when he looked back at her. “Now answer my question but this time, be truthful.
