You will see a few differences:

•The distance between the eyes may be less than one eye, instead of one, as you’re used to seeing.

•The eyes may be opened to different degrees.

•The sides of the mouth will appear differently from one another.

•Only one ear may be visible.

•Due to the angle, the sides of the face will also appear differently.

Although the eyes seem closer from this view, you can still use the eye (the full eye on the near side), as your standard measurement. It is even more important to measure, in three quarter view, than it was in straight on and profile.
