Attention Dylan Hall Residents!

Consider this year a chance to make new, healthy choices part of your student life at St. Joseph’s. Below are just a few of the ways you can make your freshman year a safe, healthy, and happy one!

1. EAT HEALTHY! Learn proper portion size, avoid fatty foods and late-night snacking!

2. DRINK LESS! Remember, you don’t have to drink to have a good time with your friends!

3. EXERCISE! St. Joseph’s has many athletic programs available to students. Join a team! Take a class! Make a new friend!

4. SLEEP! Studies show students on average sleep less than five hours a night. Get to bed early and you’ll feel better in the morning! Avoid all-nighters!

Remember, mental and physical health is an important part of your success at St. Joseph’s College.

Study hard. Have fun. Stay safe!
