Turkey Potato Casserole

INGREDIENTS

1 lb cooked turkey meat (shredded)

1 onion (chopped)

1 (14.5 oz) can drained green beans

1 (10.75 oz) can mushroom soup condensed cream

8 oz Cheddar cheese, cubed

8 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded

4 c mashed potatoes

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Layer the turkey in a baking dish. Top it with green beans and onions.

Pour mushroom soup over and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese.

In a bowl, stir together the mashed potatoes and cubed Cheddar cheese. Spoon over the mixture and spread into the casserole.

Bake for 40 minutes.
