If you haven't had enough time to prepare your meal for work and there is no canteen, you can choose for example high-protein yoghurt with dark bread, low-sweet cottage cheese, dark bread or rice rolls, nuts or something that is on the list of permitted products.

Now move on to creating your own recipes, as I mentioned before, create at least 9 recipes, 1. three for the first meal, 2. three before training and 3. three after training (you can prepare a larger portion, which you can divide into two and you will be able to eat before and after training, without taking extra time to prepare the next meal), and 4. 3 versions for meals on non-training days.
