Cast Iron Filet Mignon

Preparation Time: 4 Servings

List of Ingredients:

• 4, 6 Ounce of Beef Fillets, Tenderloin Variety

• 1 teaspoon of Pepper, For Taste

• ½ teaspoon of Salt, For Taste

• 2 tablespoons of Butter, Soft

• 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Variety

Instructions :

1. The first thing that you would want to do is sprinkle your fillets with a generous amount of salt and pepper.

2. Then melt your butter and olive oil together in a large skillet placed over medium heat.

3. Once melted add in your fish fillets and cook for the next 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until it is done to your desired likeness.

4. After this time remove and allow to sit for at least 5 minutes before serving.
