If you have never heard of beef samosas before, rest assured that they are absolutely delicious. Feel free to substitute the chicken livers for beef if you wish. Either way it will taste amazing.

Cooking Time: 40 Minutes
List of Ingredients:
2 Potatoes, Large in Size and Peeled
1 Cup of Peas, Frozen and Thawed
2 Tablespoons of Oil, Vegetable Variety
½ teaspoons of Cumin, Seeds Only
1 Bay Leaf, Finely Crushed
2 Onions, Large in Size and Finely Chopped
1 Pound of Beef, Ground and Lean
4 Cloves of Garlic, Crushed
1 tablespoon of Ginger Root, Fresh and Minced
½ teaspoons of Black Pepper, For Taste
1 ½ teaspoons of Salt, For Taste
1 teaspoon of Cumin, Ground
1 teaspoon of Coriander, Ground
1 teaspoon of Turmeric, Ground
1 teaspoon of Chili Powder
½ teaspoons of Cinnamon, Ground
½ teaspoons of Cardamom
2 Tablespoons of Cilantro, Fresh and Roughly Chopped
2 Tablespoons of Chile Peppers, Green in Color and Finely Chopped
1 Quart of Oil, Vegetable Variety and for Frying
1 Pack of Dough, Phyllo Variety
