INSTRUCTIONS

Set the Sous Vide machine to 183°F or 84°°C and wait until it reaches the desired temperature.

Combine salt with garlic powder, dried mustard, and black pepper then mix well. Set aside.

Cut the apple into cubes and place in a bowl.

Add chopped cabbage then season with the spice mixture.

Place the seasoned cabbage and apples into Sous Vide plastic bag then add butter and lemon juice.

Vacuum seal the bag properly and place in the water bath.

Cook for 45 minutes then remove the plastic bag from the Sous Vide machine.

Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy immediately.
