Grilled Beef with Pineapple Sauce

• 1 medium-sized cucumber, de-seeded and chopped

• 3 medium-sized green onions, sliced

• 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic

• 1 teaspoon caster sugar

• 2 tablespoons fish sauce

• 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

• 1/3 cup peanut oil

• 2 teaspoons sesame seeds

• 1/3 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
