Tennis Ball Foot Massage

EFFECTS Stretches and massages your feet. EQUIPMENT A tennis ball.

1 Stand in a neutral position, taking notice of both your feet.

2 Step onto a tennis ball with your left foot, bending your knees and pressing the ball firmly into the sole of your foot. Roll it against the center and sides of your foot, maintaining that firm pressure the whole time.

TIPS: Make sure you press down firmly enough to feel the massage. Avoid this exercise if you have acute ankle injuries.

3 Finish with the ball under your heel, straightening your leg to provide more pressure.

4 Step off the ball and notice how your left foot feels in comparison to your right foot.

5 Repeat with your right foot.
