11. Slide the D-ring to the stitching line created in Step 10. With the flat part of the D-ring trapped between the second layer and the collar, topstitch as close as you can to the D-ring, through both layers, and backstitch to reinforce.

Adjust the collar using the slider, and your dog will be set to walk in style.
