Instructions:

Combine the mirin, sake, scallion, sugar, salt and miso together.

Add the clam and coat well. Let it sit for 30 minutes.

In a pan add the sesame oil. Add the clams with its marinated juice.

Cover with lid. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

Take off the heat. Add seaweed on top and serve.

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp chopped chives

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp paprika

2 tbsp rice flour

1 cup breadcrumbs

Oil for frying
