Instructions:
Combine the mirin, sake, scallion, sugar, salt and miso together.

Cover with lid. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Take off the heat. Add seaweed on top and serve.

2 tbsp rice flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
