Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in large sized skillet. Add and stir in green onions and shallots. Stir and cook for three to five minutes, till fragrant and soft.
2. Add and stir garbanzo beans. Season as desired. Heat fully through. Place the chard in a pan. Cook it till it wilts. Add the tomatoes. Squeeze lemon juice on greens. Heat them fully through. Transfer to plate. Season as desired and serve.

Vegetables, tofu and rice transform plain miso soup from a light side dish into a dish that will be able to satisfy you all by itself â all with gut-friendly ingredients.
Makes 2 Servings
Cooking + Prep Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups + 3 tbsp. of water, filtered
2 tbsp. of rice, white
2 cups of stir-fry vegetables, frozen
1 x 12-oz. pkg. of cubed extra firm tofu
2 sliced scallions
2 tbsp. of miso
1 tsp. of vinegar, rice +/- as desired
1/2 to 1 tsp. of sugar, as desired
