Directions:

To Prepare for Freezing

Rub the seasoned salt onto the ribs. Set aside.

In a bowl, whisk together the white vinegar and liquid smoke.

Add in the brown sugar and mix until the sugar dissolves.

Fold in the ketchup.

Pour into a large freezer bag.

Add the ribs to the freezer bag with the vinegar mixture.

Seal and label the freezer bag with the name of the dish, the date you prepped the meal, the cooking time, and the heat setting.

Freeze.

To Slow Cook

Before you cook the ribs, it is important to thaw the ribs for about 24 hours.

Once thawed, place the ribs into the slow cooker.

Pour the liquid over the ribs.

Set the slow cooker to low, and cook for 6 to 7 hours. (Optional: You can cook on high but check the ribs frequently to ensure they do not burn. Cook for 3 to 4 hours if cooking on high.)

Serve with your favorite sides.
