3. Helicopter Shake
While this exercise has a funny name, the Helicopter Shake is very useful in your goal of improved penile enlargement and shape. First, have your penis erect approximately half-way (40% to 50%). Next, using the standard ok grip, grip the base of your penis with your dominant hand. The dominant hand should be the hand you write with. Make sure the grip is as close to the pubic bone as possible. After you secure the grip, make circular movements with your wrist, causing the penis to rotate. Increase the rotation speed until you can make five rotations per second. Keep doing it for the duration of the exercise. Between each rep, change directions.
