3). Buffalo Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

Lettuce, chopped

½ cup shredded carrots

4 tbsp ranch dressing

½ cup blue cheese crumbles

½ cup chicken breast

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 tablespoons butter

Salt and black pepper

1/4 cup hot sauce

Nutrition Facts:

How to Make It:

First preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add lettuce and carrots in a salad bowl. Put ranch dressing and blue cheese pieces in small bowl. Put the oil and butter in a hot pan and add the chicken pieces. Add salt and pepper and let the chicken sear for about 3 minutes then add hot sauce. Reduce the heat and cook 5 more minutes. Add dressing to salad and season with salt and pepper. Top the salad with Buffalo chicken and serve.
