Chapter Eighteen

Summer

Jonny carried me into the living room, but I didn’t have a couch. He didn’t need me pointing it out though; instead, he carried me to the next room that had furniture—my bedroom.

I should stop this madness.

There was no other place for this to go but sex.

But I wanted him in a way I’d never wanted a man.

Gently laying me down on the bed, he held himself above me, my legs still locked around his hips. “I didn’t come here for sex. It was just supposed to be a kiss, but damn, you drive me crazy.” It sounded more like he was reminding himself, than telling me.

“I want to have sex with you,” I said, bravely. It was one of the surest statements I’d made in his presence. “You drive me crazy, too.”

“I want your first time with me to be perfect, Summer, and not rushed.” He dropped his head so his forehead was pressed to my upper chest, groaning. “Tell me to stop. Please, Butterfly.”

Grasping what little hair he had, I lifted his face back up. “I don’t want you to stop. Show me your perfect. Show me what it’s supposed to be like.”

His eyes searched mine until he saw whatever it was he was looking for. Then, he was kissing me again, lowering his body enough so I could feel every inch of him, even if he didn’t give me all his weight.

I could feel his hardness between our bodies, but what really struck me, was I could feel his heart pounding against his chest.

Sure, his face said it. His tone said it.

But to feel that he was as affected by everything as I was, was intoxicating. I could get lost on his kisses alone—yet, I wanted more.

Already, this was one hundred times better than any sex I’d had in the past.

In the past, it was in, pump, seed, out. It was all about the man.

But the way Jonny kissed me, the way his hands were starting to slowly roam up and down my sides, showed me that this wasn’t just about Jonny.

This was about me.

When Jonny’s hand breached the hem of my shirt, his fingers gently brushing the skin of my stomach, I initially sucked in in shock. He didn’t stop though, still kissing me deeply as his fingertips ran up and down my skin. It wasn’t ticklish, but it did cause goosebumps to pebble my skin—and my nipples.

My breasts felt full and my nipples were tight. I’d never touched myself before, but I had the strongest urge to roll one of the peaks.

Then below, my core felt swollen and wetter than ever before.

Jonny’s fingers kept with their soft sweeps, going higher and higher with each pass, until his fingertips caught the underside of my breast.

“Are you not wearing a bra?” he asked against my mouth.

I didn’t like them. We weren’t to wear them on the ranch, and while I tried to when I got out, I didn’t care for how confined they made me feel. “No.
