Peanut Chicken Stir-Fry

Total Time: 5 minutes, Ready in:15 minutes, Number of servings: 4

Fixings:

8 oz. cabbage slaw, shredded

2 teaspoons of sesame oil

3 tablespoons of soy sauce

1 and 1/3 lb. lean chicken, ground

3 tablespoons of hot water

3 tablespoons of peanut butter

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon honey

2 teaspoons of ginger, minced

1 tablespoon of lime juice

2 teaspoons of curry powder

Preparation method:

Pour sesame oil into your skillet. Heat over medium.

Add the veggies. Cook for 6 minutes. Keep aside.

Add the chicken. Cook for 7 minutes. It should be brown.

In the meantime, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, water, lime juice, cornstarch, curry powder, and ginger for making your peanut sauce.

Add back the veggies to your pan with the peanut sauce.

Stir everything together. Heat before serving.
