Orzo with Shrimp, Feta, and Ouzo

This ouzo-infused dish has to be a vacation favorite for anyone visiting Greece. Serve with lots of crusty bread and enjoy.

Ingredients:

1 pound fresh shrimp (cleaned and deveined)

¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

1 large clove garlic (peeled and minced)

1 shot ouzo

1-2 fresh tomatoes (chopped)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 tbsp parsley (chopped)

1 tbsp basil (chopped)

8 ounces uncooked orzo

3 ounces Greek feta (crumbled)
