4 or 5 romaine leaves
4 stalks celery
1 or 2 large broccoli stems
1 or 2 pears
1 inch ginger root (or less)
other optional greens: parsley, spinach, and dandelion
add sweet pea or sunflower sprouts when available
Just cut it all up and throw it in a blender.

Christy Morgan is picking up the torch—doing her part to help spread the message to a younger generation that what we eat matters most. I first met Christy online through my son, Francis. He met her while living in Los Angeles a few years ago because she made and delivered macrobiotic meals, and Francis follows a very healthy diet. Our whole family later met this interesting young woman, who now teaches cooking classes in Los Angeles. What she calls a macrobiotic and raw fusion, I call yummy!
