Directions:

1. First add your flour, cornstarch, white sugar, dash of salt, baker’s style baking powder, ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg into a large sized bowl. Stir thoroughly to combine.

2. Then use a small sized bowl and add in your whole buttermilk, large egg, melted butter and pure vanilla. Beat to combine and add this mixture to your dry mixture. Stir thoroughly to combine.

3. Pour your batter into a large sized Ziploc bag. Seal the bag and cut the corner off. Squeeze your batter into a large sized greased donut pan.

4. Place into your oven to bake at 375 degrees for the next 11 to 12 minutes.

5. After this time remove from your oven and allow to cool for a couple of minutes. Transfer to a few cooling rack.

6. While your donuts are cooling brush the sides of your donuts with some melted butter. Roll in your cinnamon and sugar mixture. Serve whenever you are ready.
