JUICY SUNBURST

The majority of my work tends to be airy, loose, and stemmy. There’s very rarely a tight ball of flowers at the core of the arrangement. It’s probably just my way of trying to rebel against the more traditional, tight-looking arrangements we’re so used to seeing in the floral world. Still, sometimes a small table filled with candles and other decor calls for something a little more compact. When I do make tighter arrangements, I always make sure to have a few cascading stems as well as a few Tall Boys jutting out. Because of this, these arrangements tend to be more vertical. This one, which I’m calling Juicy Sunburst thanks to all those yummy, colorful blooms, is the perfect example of that: an arrangement that feels full and fun without taking up too much real estate.
